These Aluminium 1060 Flat Bars are made up of 99.6% pure aluminium, with just a hint of iron, silicon, copper, manganese, and zinc. This high-purity blend gives them fantastic corrosion resistance, superior electrical and thermal conductivity, and good workability. The bars have a tensile strength of about 70–110 MPa, a yield strength of around 55 MPa, and an elongation of roughly 12–15%. While they can’t be heat-treated, they can be strengthened through cold working, which enhances their formability, lightweight nature, and durability, making them suitable for various industrial and electrical applications.
