Liza Aluminium, a prominent manufacturer and supplier located in Manila, Philippines, is all about providing top-notch Aluminium 1100 Coils that adhere to international standards. These coils are celebrated for their remarkable purity, offering fantastic corrosion resistance, excellent workability, and outstanding thermal and electrical conductivity. With a commitment to precision manufacturing and rigorous quality control, Liza Aluminium’s Aluminium 1100 Coils are perfect for a variety of industrial, commercial, and architectural uses. Focused on reliability, durability, and cost-effectiveness, Liza Aluminium has established itself as a go-to source for high-quality aluminium coil solutions.
Aluminium 1100 Coils are made up of 99.0% pure aluminium, with a few minor alloying elements like copper (0.05–0.20%), manganese (0.05%), and silicon (0.10%). This unique blend gives them excellent corrosion resistance, high ductility, and superior thermal and electrical conductivity. In the annealed (O) temper, this alloy boasts a tensile strength ranging from 90–140 MPa and exceptional formability, making it ideal for deep drawing, spinning, and cold-working tasks. Its non-heat-treatable nature ensures that the mechanical properties remain stable while also providing great reflectivity and chemical resistance.
