Aluminium 1050 Flat Bars are made with at least 99.5% pure aluminium, containing small amounts of silicon, iron, copper, manganese, magnesium, zinc, and titanium. This alloy offers great corrosion resistance, high ductility, and excellent electrical and thermal conductivity. It has a tensile strength between 60–100 MPa and a Brinell hardness of around 20 HB. Although non-heat-treatable, Aluminium 1050 can be cold worked and annealed to enhance strength, making it suitable for lightweight and flexible industrial applications.
