Aluminium 1050 Bars are made with at least 99.5% pure aluminium and contain small amounts of silicon, iron, copper, manganese, magnesium, zinc, and titanium. This alloy offers excellent corrosion resistance, great ductility, and strong thermal and electrical conductivity. It typically has a tensile strength between 60–100 MPa and a Brinell hardness of about 20 HB. Although it cannot be heat-treated, it can be cold-worked and annealed to improve strength. Its lightweight nature and good conductivity make it perfect for use in many industrial applications.
